Hi, I am Josi. I am the Voucher Corporate Supervisor. I oversee a small, but busy team. We are responsible for the physical and digital despatch for our B2B customers. We also work on behalf of some major retailers, such as John Lewis and Argos. My job involves ensuring all orders are packed and despatched within the specific SLAs and to a high standard.
I have worked here for just over 13 years and love the friendliness of the staff at all levels. There is a really good atmosphere here. It is a great place to work. They look after us on a personal and professional level. I came to Hemingways after completing my A-levels and my manager was very keen and quick to progress me in my career here. I have been enrolled in various different training programs to help me develop my career, with a particular focus on team leading and management.
I would definitely recommend working at Hemingways to a friend and have had a few, plus a sister! come to work here as temporary staff over the Christmas period.

Hello! I’m the production manager and my role involves overseeing the quality and quantity of gifts being packed, plus ensuring they are packed to meet the demand for all online and corporate customers. My job role also includes scheduling when gifts are being packed across various different packing lines, making sure stock and packaging is ordered and received prior to packing the products.
What I like most about working at Hemingways is that the company is continuously growing and evolving. There is plenty of job variety across the business and a noticeably positive and desirable working atmosphere.
Hemingway’s has helped me to develop my communication skills and grow in confidence when managing others. Throughout my time here, I have also improved skills such as decision-making when forecasting packing orders to effectively and how to confidently oversee an ever growing gift packing team!
I would definitely recommend applying here, as since I started working here, I have seen the company expand and develop – there is always investment in new machinery to make the job more efficient and the directors have always been extremely helpful and supportive to me in my 15+ years that I have been part of the Hemingways team!
